The staff was friendly. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The walkway could have used an update with crumbling walls abs rust. Also the threshold into my room was all disheveled. BUT the beds were clean and comfortable. Having booked sometime ago and I think sort of a pricier overnight. I would have liked an upper floor. Breakfast was good. The main lobby area and dining was warm and clean. Clean linens too. I’ve stayed at many quality inns. My fave thus far is one in Jersey near the bridge.

The employees were very nice, respectful and friendly. The gentleman who checked us in gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub as soon as we got there which was very nice, Although he was not aware of it this it was our anniversary and one of the first things we have been able to do without kids or grandkids we are raising that was with just us 2. There is so much that is so accessible from your hotel as well, I loved that we could do an unlimited amount of things and drive only 15 minutes away.

I've been to the other establishments around the area since I'm working close by and I'm the happiest and coziest here at Quality Inn. The front desk folks have been super nice and have had the pleasure to talk to one of the owners and couldn't be happier with all around service communication. Super nice lobby and banquet room, there's a nice Bar inside with good food, a gaming room with pool tables and other games for the kids. Very clean and taken care of. I plan on staying longer if I can.

I loved the lamps that are in the room. It has a nice design. It had a microwave and small fridge nice size tv with lots of channels. I liked that the shower head had 3 settings. It was nice and bright where the sink is. The sink isn't in the bathroom and that's different but I liked it. There are 2 large mirrors. I'd stay here again however I'd request more towels and pillows.

I stay there about every other month for work to visit my clients that are placed in a residential treatment facility in Erie, I have noticed the improvements being made to the rooms/property and have been very pleased. I appreciate being able to smoke in the room.
